Building on the success of Charisma Hotel & Wellness Club Mykonos, we bring the most unique and comprehensive wellness club in Europe to Cyprus, with a concept that redefines fitness, wellness, and longevity.

The Reception Customer Service acts as the connecting agent between all the departments operating within the Club, ensuring prompt responses to customer enquiries and coordinating daily operations.
 

This role centers on maintaining the highest standards of execution, ensuring that every customer interaction consistently meets the club's member-centric approach.

A pro-active approach to administrative and organizational tasks is key to the smooth day-to-day operation of the Club.

Some prior experience in F&B environments (e.g. Cafe / Barista) would be desirable. Position has a weekly shift-pattern spread over 6-days as per business needs (combination of morning / afternoon shifts).
