The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities
Manage the reception area
Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
Answer calls, emails and sort mail
Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
Maintain accounting records and daily bookkeeping
Recording of accounting transactions
Any other administrative duties as required by management
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
Pleasant telephone manner and business correspondence writing skills
University degree holder in Accounting or finance or other related field
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Previous bookkeeping experience
At least 5 years experience in similar positions
