The Home for Cooperation is a unique intercommunal centre found in the middle of the dividing lines which still exist in Cyprus, in the Ledra Palace area, UN Buffer Zone, Nicosia, established in 2011 by the Association for Historical Dialogue and Research (AHDR). Today, the Home acts as a bridge-builder bringing people together to share, exchange and create new memories and experiences, through its physical presence and its peacebuilding programs, benefiting from the transformative power of arts and culture. The Home also provides working spaces and opportunities for formal and non-formal groups and individuals to design and implement innovative projects. As a unique space, The Home, organizes and hosts an extensive variety of cultural, artistic, and educational programs and activities with the aim of fostering creativity and intercultural trust in Cyprus and internationally.
