Our company, Cafe Action M.F. Ltd, represents Second Cup coffee company franchise in Cyprus from 2010. We have opened our first store at Engomi (flagship café), the biggest Second Cup store all over the world (400m inside area and 300 patio with more than 400 seats) and until now we have 21 stores within Cyprus. From the first day of our operation we are focused on our philosophy which is to provide a high quality product and service at a good price (maximum customer satisfaction). The 21 stores include main cafés and in-house kiosks cafés. We have 7 main cafés in Nicosia (Engomi, Strovolos, Aglantzia, Acropoli, LATSIA, LAKATAMIA, ELEFTHERIA SQUARE), 2 caféS in Paphos at the main square and CORAL BAY, 1 in Paralimni at the center, 1 in AYIA NAPA IN the OLD HARBOUR AREA, 1 MORE CAFé WILL OPEN BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR IN OROKLINI, LARNACA. Furthermore, we have 9 in-house kiosk cafés, 1 AT THE BANK OF CYPRUS HEADQUARTERS, 3 in the headquarter buildings Hellenic Bank, 1 AT THE CENTRAL BANK OF CYPRUS, 1 AT ALTAMIRA HEADQUARTERS, 1 AT IPPOKRATEIO PRIVATE HOSPITAL, 1 AT THE NICOSIA HORSE RACING CLUB AND 1 AT UCLAN CYPRUS, UNIVERSITY CAMPUS where we provide all the variety of Second Cup products and also lunch food. All main cafes and kiosks operate very successfully (all profitable). It is important to say that until now we have been awarded from Second Cup international with more than 30 awards with the most important award (café of the year award) win it from the first year of operation until now. Our companies future plans is to further grow with new stores and kiosk cafes but slowly in order to be able to provide our high quality standards to our customers.
