Stella Italou was born in Nicosia, Cyprus. She started 8 years ago by attending lessons in personal makeup and she soon proceeded to following professional courses. In Mrs Florentia Chalalambou’s School of makeup, she was trained on professional makeup, special effects, colour analysis, personal makeup, bridal makeup, fashion and photo-shoot makeup and others. She was soon promoted to professor of professional makeup, a position which she still holds to present, while in addition, she offers private tutoring on personal makeup.She has discovered her talent in make up during her first personal make up lessons in Florentia’s Charalambous makeup workshop. Mrs Charalambous’ proper guidance and the invaluable assistance of Mrs Nana Zerva from Thessaloniki, have helped her develop her talent. This resulted in being offered a job as instructor of professional makeup, a position she holds to present. In addition, she tutors privately in the subject of personal makeup, custom-made to the student’s age.She leads her own professional team of makeup artists, with which she takes part in many of the most important fashion shows all over Cyprus. She works with fashion magazines for photo-shoots, with blogs and portals, as well as TV stations, in which she gives makeup tips in various programs and shows. Often she is invited to special editions themed “Bridal Makeup”. Finally, an important part of her work includes Bridal Makeup in which she specialises. She has catered for numerous brides from all over Cyprus and she receives the warmest of comments for her work.
