VACANCY&nbsp;Louis Hotels, a chain of 26 hotels &amp; resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team at Royal Apollonia in Limassol as the Bar Supervisor and uphold our commitment to excellence in hospitality.&nbsp;Main&nbsp;Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Ensure smooth running of the bar operations and that the <a name="_Hlk139636746">bars team adheres to systems and procedures as outlined in the standards of procedures manual.</a></li><li>To ensure that the bar is prepared for set up in advance of each shift and in accordance with relevant procedure.</li><li>To supervise bar staff, train and coach them to the standards required of a five-star Hotel establishment.</li><li>Is responsible for safe and secure handling of bar stocks, till operation and cash.</li><li>Is naturally friendly with a willingness to exceed guests’ expectations.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Job Requirements<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>A degree in hospitality and Tourism will be considered as an advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>Very Good knowledge of the English and Greek Language</li><li>The ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure&nbsp;</li><li>Positive, outgoing, and friendly personality</li><li>Strong teamwork skills</li><li>Positive attitude towards guest service</li><li>EU Citizen or an EU Work permit holder</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Applications:Interested applicants are kindly requested to submit their Curriculum Vitae, with subject title of position, to the e-mail address:&nbsp;<a href="mailto:vacancies@louishotels.com">vacancies@louishotels.com</a> , no later than March 13th &nbsp;2025.<o:p> </o:p>***All applications will be treated in strict confidence***&nbsp;
