In this role, you will work closely with the&nbsp;Cinema Manager&nbsp;to oversee daily operations, support and guide staff, and ensure a&nbsp;high level of customer service. Your responsibilities will include handling&nbsp;customer inquiries, assisting with staff development, and maintaining an efficient and well-organized workplace.<u1:p></u1:p>This is a hands-on role that requires&nbsp;strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, particularly during&nbsp;evening and night shifts.
