The individual will be reporting to the Payments Operations Manager.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul style="text-align:justify;"><li>Working directly with a variety of banks, acquirers, and online payments service providers.</li><li>Being directly involved with the day-to-day management of all processes and procedures related to PSP performance reporting.</li><li>Assisting with the onboarding of multiple new payment service providers in different countries in accordance with the needs of the Group (including form completion, documents collection and KYC requirements).</li><li>Assisting the Sales, Customer Support, and Payments Processing team with daily questions related to transactions and rejection reasons.</li><li>Managing multiple analytical tasks and projects simultaneously.</li><li>Ensuring that all payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner, complying with all Standard Operation Procedures.</li><li>Performing a competitors’ research for new PSPs.</li><li>Creating and maintaining an all-inclusive database related to PSP information, KYC and KYB documents.</li><li>Supporting the Head of Payments Operations in ad-hoc projects as required.</li><li>Complying with the Company’s internal processes and procedures.</li><li>Undertaking any other relevant tasks as assigned by management.</li></ul>&nbsp;Experience and Skills Required<ul style="text-align:justify;"><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or other related field.</li><li>At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a payments’ department in the financial industry.</li><li>Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite.</li><li>Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Ability to perform data input activities quickly and accurately.</li><li>Ability to work both autonomously but also as part of a team.</li><li>Very good organizational and prioritization skills.</li><li>Able to work in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Hard working with good interpersonal skills.</li><li>Work ethic and punctuality.</li></ul>&nbsp;Main Benefits<ul style="text-align:justify;"><li>Competitive Salary depending on skills and experience.</li><li>Discretionary annual bonus.</li><li>Hybrid working model.</li><li>Group Medical Scheme.</li><li>Provident Fund.</li><li>Training opportunities.</li><li>Friendly working environment.</li></ul>&nbsp;How to applyIf you wish to join our team, send us your CV in English&nbsp;at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:careers@markets.com">careers@markets.com</a>, mentioning the title of the position in the subject of the email.<div style="text-align:justify;">&nbsp;</div>Due to the high volume of applicants only successful candidates will be contacted.
