Position Summar<meta charset="utf-8">Position SummaryAs a Business Development Manager, the individual will be responsible to develop and maintain a strong portfolio of International Introducing Brokers (IBs), supporting the company’s strategy to drive business growth and enhance its market presence.&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul style="list-style-type:disc;padding-left:24px;"><li>Engaging in market research and identifying potential business opportunities.&nbsp;</li><li>Developing and implementing business development strategies, taking into consideration&nbsp;meeting client needs.</li><li>Cultivating a sales-focused approach to foster the expansion and profitability of the IB business.</li><li>Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.</li><li>Expand the affiliate network including but not limited to KOL/Influencer cooperation and searching for opportunities online.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Acting as the first point of contact to Affiliates/IBs, by establishing regular communication with them for the provision of support, answering any queries they may have, and resolving any issues faced.</li><li>Providing technical and other support to VIP Affiliates/IBs, as and when required in an efficient manner.</li><li>Having responsibility for the coordination of a number of IB accounts.</li><li>Managing, monitoring, and updating the company’s Affiliates/IB systems (e.g., with relevant information, marketing material, and deals).</li><li>Handling troubleshooting related to Affiliates/IB systems.</li><li>Escalating matters to management in a timely and effective manner, when required.</li><li>Preparing relevant regular and ad hoc reports, as agreed, and requested by management.&nbsp;</li><li>Cooperating with other departments of the group to solve technical and other issues.</li><li>Staying up to date with relevant industry trends and developments, including monitoring the&nbsp;competition, and suggesting improvements to management.</li><li>Complying with the company’s internal policies and procedures.</li><li>Undertaking any other related tasks assigned by management.</li></ul>&nbsp;Experience and Skills Required<ul style="list-style-type:disc;padding-left:24px;"><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or other related field.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven track record of more than 5 years of experience in a relevant role in the forex industry.</li><li>Strong network of contacts within the forex industry, including brokers, institutional investors and&nbsp;potential clients.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of English, both verbal and written.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.&nbsp;</li><li>Self-motivated, with ability and willingness to work independently.&nbsp;</li><li>Driven and results-oriented.</li><li>Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.</li><li>Willingness to travel.</li></ul>&nbsp;Main Benefits<ul style="list-style-type:disc;padding-left:24px;"><li>Competitive Salary depending on skills and experience.</li><li>Hybrid working model.</li><li>Group Medical Scheme.</li><li>Provident Fund.</li><li>Training opportunities.</li><li>Friendly working environment.</li></ul>&nbsp;How to applyIf you wish to join our team, send us your CV in English&nbsp;at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:careers@markets.com">careers@markets.com</a>, mentioning the title of the position in the subject of the email.&nbsp;Due to the high volume of applicants only successful candidates will be contacted.&nbsp;
