Mentorship and knowledge sharing are key pillars of Albourne’s inclusive culture, empowering university students and graduates to develop and achieve their full potential.&nbsp;The Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Intern with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to support the finance team. The role focuses on maintaining the accounting ledgers, ensuring accurate and efficient financial processes, and contributing to key month-end and financial reporting tasks.&nbsp;&nbsp;Accountabilities:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list .5in;">Purchase Ledger Management: Ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices and expense claims, including obtaining approvals, coding, posting, and matching invoices with payments.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list .5in;">Data Review and Reconciliation: Conduct monthly reviews of purchase transactions, including VAT reconciliation, to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list .5in;">Payment Processing: Prepare and execute weekly supplier and employee expense payments, ensuring all payment details are accurate and secure.
