<h2><strong>What to expect of your role:</strong></h2><p>The Fraud Manager will oversee the detection, prevention, and management of fraudulent activities across the online casino and sportsbook. This role requires a deep understanding of fraud schemes, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will proactively develop strategies to minimize risk while ensuring a seamless user experience.</p><h2><strong>You will be expected to:</strong></h2><p>Prevent &amp; Detect Fraud:</p><ul><li>Monitor and analyze customer transactions to detect suspicious activities;</li><li>Use fraud detection tools and systems to mitigate risks in real-time;</li><li>Develop fraud rules and ensure they align with evolving fraud trends.</li></ul><p>Analyse &amp; Report Data:</p><ul><li>Perform in-depth analysis of fraud cases and generate actionable insights;</li><li>Prepare regular reports on fraud metrics, trends, and operational effectiveness.</li></ul><p>Collaborate within teams:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with business, compliance, payment, and IT teams to improve fraud prevention measures;</li><li>Work closely with customer support to resolve user account issues related to fraud.</li></ul><p>Optimise Systems &amp; Processes:</p><ul><li>Recommend and implement advanced fraud detection systems;</li><li>Conduct periodic reviews of fraud processes and identify areas for improvement.</li></ul><p>Handle Compliance:</p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements specific to online gambling and sports betting;</li><li>Stay updated on global and regional laws, including AML and KYC guidelines.</li></ul><h2><strong>What you need to succeed in this role:</strong></h2><ul><li>3-5+ years of experience in fraud prevention or risk management, preferably in online gaming or sportsbook environments;</li><li>Strong understanding of fraud schemes in the online casino and sportsbook industry;</li><li>Familiarity with KYC, AML, GDPR, and other relevant regulatory frameworks;</li><li>Proficiency in fraud detection tools, payment gateways, and chargeback management systems;</li><li>Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and detect patterns;</li><li>Hands-on experience with SQL, data visualization tools, and risk management software is a plus;</li><li>Being detail-oriented and highly organized;</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities;</li><li>Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders;</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li></ul><h2><strong>About our corporate culture:</strong></h2><p>As an international team, we are motivated by the freedom to do our best work.
