LAWYER POSITION&nbsp;Our law firm E. Tzioni &amp; Associates LLC seeks to recruit a qualified Lawyer to join our office in Nicosia.&nbsp;&nbsp;MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe successful candidate will work on a full-time basis handling among others the following matters:&nbsp;<ul><li>Provision of the whole scope of legal services to clients and be acquainted with the firm’s practice and advise our international and local clients on EU and Cyprus law matters.</li><li>Drafting of legal advice/opinions and pleadings and drafting, review and negotiation of transactional documentation, corporate and commercial agreements/documents and other contractual documentation for our clients.</li><li>Undertaking of legal research in relation to any matter.</li><li>Representation of clients before Courts of any jurisdiction and other public authorities.</li><li>Attendance at meetings with clients. Communications with clients, lawyers, and associates and liaising with competent public and other authorities.</li><li>Assistance on the efficient management of workflow of the team.</li><li>Aim to develop skills as an advocate and become a strategic member of the team.</li></ul>&nbsp;QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Law Degree from a university in the EU.</li><li>Any additional academic or professional qualification will be considered an advantage. </li><li>Lawyer qualification from the Cyprus Bar Association.</li><li>Excellent legal and professional language skills and verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.</li><li>Excellent client service skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and computer literacy.</li></ul>&nbsp;Candidates must submit their applications by April 16, 2025, at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:info@tzionilaw.com.cy">info@tzionilaw.com.cy</a>.&nbsp;All applications will be treated with strict confidence.&nbsp;
