<div>Your role at HFM:</div><ul><li>Provide regular updates and make recommendations by monitoring, evaluating, and support the ongoing assessment of the adequacy and effectiveness of the company's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and mitigate potential risks.</li><li>Participate in relevant audits and collaborate with other departments ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Review training materials related to the AML function to ensure they align with legal requirements and are effectively communicated to company staff.</li><li>Provide advice and guidance to the employees of the company on subjects related to money laundering and terrorist financing.</li><li>Stay updated with changes in the legal framework making relevant suggestions to the team and AML Function Manager.</li><li>Communicate with relevant departments for obtaining any additional requirements and information as regards the obligations of the Company under the AML Law.</li><li>Maintain and refresh the Company’s policies and procedures.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of reports to senior management.</li><li>Escalating key or high-risk AML compliance issues to the AML Function Manager.</li><li>Review current procedures and controls to be in line with the Company’s legal documentation.</li><li>Conduct investigations of possible fraud, in coordination with other departments, as applicable.</li></ul>What You Bring:<ul><li>BSc/BA in Legal, Finance, Economics or relevant field.</li><li>3+ years’ experience in a similar role.</li><li>Experience within a regulated company would be considered an advantage.</li><li>Preferably holding CySEC Certificates of Professional Competence.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.</li><li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work to strict deadlines.</li></ul><div>**Candidates must have the legal right to work in the location for which they are applying.</div>By joining us, you can expect:💰Attractive remuneration package<a>&nbsp;</a>🏖️22 days of Annual Leave (reaching up to 30 days per year based on years’ service)🗽Hybrid Work Mode🌊Friday afternoons off in Summer (July &amp; August)🦄Birthdays are always a day off!⭐Referral Bonus – refer a candidate we would all enjoy to work with!!💊Participation in the Company’s Medical Scheme from day one!🍹Participation in the Company’s Group Discount Scheme🏅Free Gym Membership (Larnaca)🥪Unlimited snacks, fruits, and beverages🍕Complimentary periodic lunches at the office🏀Fun team-building activities &amp; Corporate events📚Lifelong Learning Allowance plus paid Educational Leave&nbsp;🌍Who is&nbsp;HFM?Established Broker since 2010 | 60+ Industry Awards | over 3,500,000 Live Accounts | 300+ Employees Globally | 40+ Different Nationalities |&nbsp;<a>At HFM, our workforce is our biggest asset.
