Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Schedule and conduct property viewings.</li><li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and increase market share.</li><li>Manage day-to-day sales operations, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, brokers, and other industry stakeholders.</li><li>Utilize CRM systems to track leads and sales progress.</li><li>Manage sales contracts and documentation.</li><li>Provide regular updates to clients on project progress.</li><li>Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and competitor activities.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; </li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management within the real estate industry, preferably with a focus on development projects.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics, regulations, and financing.</li><li>Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with real estate management or analytics software is a plus.
