Main Responsibilities:&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure that all guests have a positive experience while staying at the hotel. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor guest feedback through various channels and implement strategies to improve service. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide support to the front desk team. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience (e.g., housekeeping, food &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; and beverage). •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Organize and manage special requests and VIP services. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Analyze guest feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain a positive relationship with guests. Job Requirements: •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Guest Relations Officer or a similar role in a 4* or 5* hotel. &nbsp;&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, or its equivalent professional certification. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language (both verbal and written). Good knowledge of any other language will be considered an advantage. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong problem-solving abilities. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;EU citizen or eligibility to work within the EU.
