Job Overview We are hiring for an IT Support Engineer to provide exceptional support services to all the company’s clients according to the terms and conditions of the business. Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Monitoring of client systems.</li><li>Provide L1 and L2 support to clients (remote and on-site).</li><li>Planning, installing, configuring, supporting Windows OS, and Authorized Vendor hardware (PCs/ Notebooks/ Servers).</li><li>Handling Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration.</li><li>Providing top-notch day-to-day operations, maintenance, upgrades of infrastructure solutions.</li><li>Responding to inquiries from clients, staff, service providers and Vendors for technical assistance and support.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>University/ College Degree within the field of IT/ Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 1 year technology experience with an emphasis on Windows platforms.&nbsp;</li><li>Hands on experience on Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Networking/ Routing understanding and basic skills.</li></ul>Reporting To Services Manager &amp; Technical Services Director, NewCytech&nbsp;RemunerationAn attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience.&nbsp;Equal Employment OpportunityLogicom is committed to provide equal employment opportunities for all regardless of their race, color, sex/gender, religion, age, marital status, cultural background, disability, nationality and political opinion.
