Our advanced anti-fraud and anti-money laundering systems ensure the highest level of security for our customers.&nbsp;We are a global company with offices in multiple countries, and our team is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and innovative solutions.&nbsp;Join us and be part of a team that's shaping the future of finance.&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Daily Bookkeeping: Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records using Microsoft Dynamics accounting software, for the Cyprus registered group entities in compliance with IFRS standards.</li><li>Assist with the daily bank reconciliations for multiple entities within the group.</li><li>Assisting in the ERP software migration to Microsoft Dynamics for related group companies.</li><li>Record financial transactions and ensure the integrity and accuracy of the financial data.</li><li>Maintain proper files and records to document transactions.</li><li>Tax Payments and Returns: Prepare and submit timely and accurate VAT and VIES returns. Process tax payments in compliance with Cyprus tax regulations.</li><li>Reconciliation: Reconcile inter-company balances, accounts payable/receivable and investigate any discrepancies for multiple entities within the group.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for multiple entities within the group.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all local accounting and tax regulations.</li><li>Audit Support: Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate and complete audit processes efficiently.</li><li>General Ledger Functions: Oversee and execute general ledger functions within Microsoft Dynamics to maintain accurate records.</li><li>Financial Reporting: Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements. Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights to the management team. Ensure the accuracy of financial data and compliance with accounting standards.</li><li>Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information.
