As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Accounting Receivables Specialist to join our team.&nbsp;Location: Limassol Employment Type: Full-time Department: Accounting<h4 class="" data-start="716" data-end="741">About the Role</h4>We are seeking an Accounting Receivables Specialist to manage receivables, ensure timely payments, prepare financial reports, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health of our projects and supporting the company’s growth.<h4 class="" data-start="1042" data-end="1074">Key Responsibilities:</h4><ul data-start="1075" data-end="1660"><li class="" data-start="1075" data-end="1137">Issuing and managing invoices, credit notes, and receipts.</li><li class="" data-start="1138" data-end="1211">Overseeing receivables collection, including follow-ups with clients.</li><li class="" data-start="1212" data-end="1270">Reconciling debtor accounts and managing VAT on sales.</li><li class="" data-start="1271" data-end="1390">Assisting the technical department with financial documentation, project cost estimation, and final certifications.</li><li class="" data-start="1391" data-end="1454">Maintaining accurate financial records in company software.</li><li class="" data-start="1455" data-end="1527">Monitoring and updating financial data on work-in-progress projects.</li><li class="" data-start="1528" data-end="1597">Supporting contract management and ensuring financial compliance.</li><li class="" data-start="1598" data-end="1660">Generating reports on project profitability and cash flow.</li></ul><h4 class="" data-start="1662" data-end="1697">Required Qualifications:</h4><ul data-start="1698" data-end="1862"><li class="" data-start="1698" data-end="1749">Strong command of English (written and spoken).</li><li class="" data-start="1750" data-end="1796">Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.</li><li class="" data-start="1797" data-end="1862">LCCI Accounting qualification (Intermediate level or higher).</li></ul><h4 class="" data-start="1864" data-end="1900">Preferred Qualifications:</h4><ul data-start="1901" data-end="2025"><li class="" data-start="1901" data-end="1945">Degree in Accounting or a related field.</li><li class="" data-start="1946" data-end="2025">Previous experience in the accounting department of a construction company.</li></ul><h4 class="" data-start="2027" data-end="2058">Skills &amp; Attributes:</h4><ul data-start="2059" data-end="2287"><li class="" data-start="2059" data-end="2104">Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.</li><li class="" data-start="2105" data-end="2164">Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities.</li><li class="" data-start="2165" data-end="2213">High level of integrity and professionalism.</li><li class="" data-start="2214" data-end="2287">Strong communication skills with internal teams and external clients.</li></ul>Remuneration and Benefits:&nbsp;<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Competitive remuneration package based on skills and experience</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">13th salary</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Corporate provident fund (upon completion of probation period)</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Working Hours (08:00-16:00)</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Continuous development and training</li></ul>If you are detail-oriented and passionate about financial accuracy, we would love to hear from you!📩 Apply now by sending your CV to e.marnerou@marneros.com
