Accountants

Responsibilities:&nbsp;This job position has the following responsibilities and duties:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Handle accounting and bookkeeping matters&nbsp;</li><li>Record of accounting transactions&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain complete and accurate accounting records</li><li>Prepare VAT returns, payroll reports and liaise with the Social Insurances, Income Tax and VAT department etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Monthly Reconciliations of suppliers, customers, bank statements&nbsp;</li><li>Update financial data, document and file accounting transactions in an organized manner</li><li>Calculate payroll taxes, social insurances, income tax for individuals and corporations</li><li>Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure all supplier invoices are paid as per the terms and conditions agreed.</li><li>Assist in daily banking requirements.</li><li>Update the daily cash flow&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate indirectly with customers</li><li>Contribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with client personnel&nbsp;</li><li>Perform any other related duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;The successful candidate should have the following skills, education, and experience:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">2 - 3 years of relevant work experience</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Basic Knowledge in VAT regulations, Social Insurance services, and Tax authorities</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Exposure in accounting software (e.g.E-soft, Odoo)</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Strong analytical and organizational skills</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Effective teamwork and independent working capabilities</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Excellent communication skills in Greek and English</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">IT literate and adaptable</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">High integrity and a positive, can-do attitude</li></ul>Application:If you are a motivated professional looking to advance your career and join a dynamic and growing team, please submit your resume, cover letter, and references to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:recruitment@splcy.com?subject=TaxAssManager/1/2024" target="_blank">recruitment@splcy.com</a>.
