Responsibilities:&nbsp;This job position has the following responsibilities and duties:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Handle accounting and bookkeeping requirements on behalf of a portfolio of clients</li><li>Register Company to VAT/TAX/Social Insurance&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with the preparation of Management accounts</li><li>Maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date accounting records based on accounting policies and standards</li><li>Prepare VAT Returns / VIES forms</li><li>Prepare all forms necessary for the registration of clients to VAT/Tax/Social Insurance</li><li>Monthly Reconciliations of VAT, Social Insurance, and accounting records</li><li>Establish budgets and forecasts, ensure that these are met and take proactive actions when necessary&nbsp;</li><li>Compile and present financial and budget reports</li><li>Maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with professional standards, applicable laws and regulations and internal policies&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare monthly payroll on behalf of clients</li><li>Bookkeeping and reconciling of sales and receivables</li><li>Bookkeeping and reconciliation of purchases and payables</li><li>Preparation of bank reconciliations</li><li>Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial client reports and/or statements.</li><li>Assist with the preparation of cash flow projections and forecast reports.</li><li>Contribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with client personnel&nbsp;</li><li>Perform any other related duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;The successful candidate should have the following skills, education, and experience:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">3 - 5 years of relevant work experience</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">ACCA qualified or actively working towards completion.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Experience in VAT compliance, Social Insurance services, and Tax authorities</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Proficient in accounting software (e.g.E-soft, Odoo)</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Strong analytical and organizational skills</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Effective teamwork and independent working capabilities</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Excellent communication skills in Greek and English</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">IT literate and adaptable</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">High integrity and a positive, can-do attitude</li></ul>Application:&nbsp;If you are a motivated professional looking to advance your career and join a dynamic and growing team, please submit your resume, cover letter, and references to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:recruitment@splcy.com?subject=TaxAssManager/1/2024" target="_blank">recruitment@splcy.com</a>.
