Job description<ul><li>Incorporation of companies in various jurisdictions (Cyprus, BVI, Seychelles, UK etc)</li><li>Handle key client relationships</li><li>Preparation of various corporate documents (minutes, resolutions, agreements, power of attorneys, registers, letters, documents related to meeting of shareholders, directors etc)</li><li>Working with Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver, including preparation of HE forms and necessary applications&nbsp;</li><li>Corporate Administrative work</li></ul>Candidate Profile<ul><li>Minimum 2 years experience in corporate administration</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Ebos software will be considered as an advantage</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines</li><li>Excellent team player</li><li>Languages: Greek and English.
