The RoleWe are seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Workshop Manager to oversee and coordinate workshop operations, ensuring the efficient maintenance of the fleet and compliance with road traffic safety standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing workshop performance, driving continuous improvement, fostering a culture of excellence, and supporting the company’s broader operational goals. Main duties and responsibilities include, among others.&nbsp;Key Duties and Responsibilities<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Identifying and implementing technical and operational solutions for existing challenges in the workshop and fleet, including analysing systematic failures and preparing reports for resolution.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Establishing a comprehensive inspection plan for the fleet to ensure road traffic safety, coordinating with operations to schedule planned inspections and required maintenance.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Participating in the annual budgeting process, monitoring the consumption of parts, labour, and other costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Supervising payment procedures to external suppliers, ensuring all approvals have been granted by the Engineering Director.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Monitoring the output and productivity of workshop staff, ensuring efficient material usage and adherence to operational procedures.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Ensuring compliance with security policies, data protection, health &amp; safety, road traffic safety, quality assurance, and environmental protection within workshop operations.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Conducting risk assessments in coordination with the Health &amp; Safety department and implementing appropriate mitigation measures.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Identifying staff training needs and making appropriate recommendations for skill development.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Preparing technical reports and improvement proposals for review and approval by the Engineering Director.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Addressing threats and opportunities that could impact the company’s environmental and road traffic safety performance.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">At least 3-5 years of proven working experience in workshop management or a related role.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Strong technical expertise in fleet maintenance, and workshop operations.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify problems, and propose effective solutions.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Proficiency in diagnostic tools and systems for evaluating and resolving active code errors in electronic systems.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Knowledge of Euro VI engines is highly desirable.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Experience in Quality Assurance, Environmental Protection, and Occupational Health &amp; Safety is highly desirable.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Excellent command of the English and Greek languages, both verbal and written.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">An attractive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">A collaborative and innovative work environment.</li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Professional development and training opportunities.</li></ul>ApplicationsIf you’re interested in applying for this vacancy, please click on the link below:&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://onlinerecruitment.exelsyslive.com/?c=9FC6EAC3-37D0-4724-9F9B-03B6CAAC6464&amp;V=WM/CPT/0425">https://onlinerecruitment.exelsyslive.com/?c=9FC6EAC3-37D0-4724-9F9B-03B6CAAC6464&amp;V=WM/CPT/0425</a>All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.Please note that only shortlisted&nbsp;candidates will be contacted.
