Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Project Coordination &amp; Support</li><li>Assist the Project Manager in developing, executing, and monitoring project schedules and plans</li><li>Support the Project Manager in coordinating tasks between team members, contractors, and&nbsp; Group maintenance. </li><li>Quality Control &amp; Risk Management</li><li>Help monitor project quality to ensure that all work meets specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements</li><li>Identify potential risks or issues and escalate them to the Project Manager for resolution</li><li>Regularly visit the project site to track progress, monitor quality, and ensure safety protocols are being followed</li><li>Assist in managing on-site activities and resolve any logistical or coordination issues</li><li>Help the Project Manager with administrative tasks such as report preparation, resource allocation, and project scheduling</li></ul><a>Requirements</a><ul><li>University graduate in Civil Engineering, member of E.T.E.K.</li><li>Project Management qualification will be considered as advantage </li><li>Good knowledge of MS project </li><li>Proven track record as a project manager of large projects, preferably Real Estates projects, at least 5 years </li><li>In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles</li><li>Outstanding communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal)&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;If you have the qualifications and you would like to join our team, kindly sent your C.V.&nbsp; to email: <a href="mailto:elina@zavos.com">elina@zavos.com</a>
