Additionally, we specialize in recruitment services and airline compliance solutions, helping airlines meet their operational and regulatory needs. We are looking for a dedicated&nbsp;Administrator&nbsp;to join our team and support the smooth functioning of our office operations. Position Details: • Job Title:&nbsp;Administrator • Working Hours:&nbsp;Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 • Location:&nbsp;Larnaca Iacovou Patatsou 19A, Aradippou 7101 Key Responsibilities: As an Administrator at C.A. Crew Academy, your duties will include: • Managing office operations and serving as the main point of contact for internal staff and external parties. • Handling correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and mail. • Organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars. • Preparing and maintaining records in both digital and physical formats. • Overseeing office supplies and ensuring inventory is well-stocked. • Greeting visitors and assisting with inquiries. • Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation. • Supporting the recruitment process by coordinating communication with candidates. • Ensuring compliance with organizational procedures and regulations. What We’re Looking For: • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication abilities (both written and verbal). • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
