Computer Engineer&nbsp;On behalf of a client, a valued supplier of a full range of telecommunication and network equipment for systems of various sizes, we are currently looking for a talented and motivated Computer Engineer to join their team in Nicosia.&nbsp;Objective The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on complex projects. This role requires on-premise presence for collaboration and team activities.&nbsp;Position’s Duties and Responsibilities •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Performing periodic analysis of computer hardware and software using available technology and testing tools •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responding to computer-related issues and providing technical support to staff members •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Design, develop, and test hardware solutions •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Analyze hardware performance and optimize systems and applications for efficiency. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Create system architectures for computing devices and networks •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and bugs •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure system reliability •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers, to deliver innovative solutions •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Stay up to date on emerging technologies and incorporate innovative solutions into projects •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborating with senior Engineers, Designers, Developers and Project Managers to establish goals and deadlines •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Researching current and new technologies and programming solutions •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Handling technical support queries on major and minor bug fixes and other issues •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Integrating updates and new features to existing software and hardware&nbsp;Position’s Requirements •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;2+ years’ experience as a software or systems engineer •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong knowledge of system architecture, embedded systems, or networking. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and still meet deadlines •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to prioritize workload effectively •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and in English •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A creative thinker with good analytical abilities •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficient in problem-solving to resolve issues in a timely manner&nbsp;Preferred Qualifications: Extensive experience with: 1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.). 2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Domain Controller and AD 3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;VMWARE 4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;MS Exchange 5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Windows systems 6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Linux systems&nbsp;Employer’s Details •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;13th salary and half 14th salary •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A competitive recurring bonus scheme •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Opportunities for professional growth and development •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A collaborative and innovative work environment Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00 – 16:30, and Friday 8:00 – 13:00&nbsp;If you are interested, please submit your CV using the provided link: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17373635822900069663czU">https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17373635822900069663czU</a>&nbsp; &nbsp;
