The Marketing &amp; Sponsorship Manager will lead efforts in attracting sponsors, managing partnerships, and enhancing the club’s brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have experience in both marketing and commercial development, a passion for football, and strong communication skills.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp;Sponsorships:<ul><li>Identify, approach, and secure new sponsors and commercial partners.</li><li>Prepare tailored sponsorship proposals and presentations.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors.</li><li>Plan and implement activation campaigns to deliver value to partners.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor sponsorship performance and provide regular reporting.</li></ul>Marketing:<ul><li>Develop and execute campaigns to grow the club’s fan base and visibility.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to produce branded content and materials.</li><li>Support fan engagement initiatives, events, and sponsor-led promotions.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communications.</li></ul>Coordination:<ul><li>Work closely with media, design, and commercial teams to fulfil sponsor needs.</li><li>Stay updated on market trends to identify new opportunities.</li><li>Ensure all activity complies with branding and legal standards.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications<ul><li>Degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or related field.</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in sponsorships, marketing, or business development.</li><li>Proven success in securing and managing sponsorship deals.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills.</li><li>Familiarity with social media, CRM, and marketing tools.</li><li>Passion for football and understanding of sports fan culture.</li></ul>&nbsp;Package &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Fixed monthly salary.</li><li>Commission for each successful sponsorship deal.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a leading football club and major brands.</li><li>Dynamic, football-focused work environment with growth potential.&nbsp;</li></ul>To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV, to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:careers@mano-security.com">careers@omonoiafc.com.cy</a> quoting “Marketing &amp; Sponsorship Manager".All applications will be treated in strict confidentiality.
