Position Overview: As a Sales Executive at Hilton Nicosia, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities in the business segments assigned to you, by proactively soliciting and securing new accounts while nurturing and growing relationships with existing clients. You will support the hotel’s commercial strategy by delivering exceptional customer service, analyzing market trends, and contributing to team targets in a highly competitive and dynamic hospitality environment. &nbsp;Key Responsibilities: • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities from the Corporate, Government, Consortia &nbsp; &nbsp;and MICE markets. • Maintain and grow a strong portfolio of existing accounts through consistent relationship-building&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;activities. • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, site inspections, and hotel tours. • Prepare tailored proposals and negotiate contracts in line with Hilton standards and pricing strategy. • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and roadshows as required. • Collaborate closely with the Events, Reservations and Revenue teams to ensure seamless client service&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;and accurate forecasting. • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Hilton’s CRM systems (e.g. Delphi.fdc, OnQ). • Contribute to the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Candidate Profile:Required Skills &amp; Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in a sales or client-facing role (hospitality industry experience preferred). • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Fluent in both Greek and English, written and spoken. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure. • Passion for service excellence and a results-oriented mindset.• EU nationality or eligibility to work within the EU&nbsp;Preferred: • Previous experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel sales environment. • Familiarity with Hilton brand standards and loyalty programs (Hilton Honors). • Knowledge of the local business and government market in Cyprus.
