Key duties and Responsibilities:• Bookkeeping of client’s transactions.&nbsp;• Maintaining proper books and records for clients.&nbsp;• Preparation and submission of VAT returns, VIES reports and other VAT issues.&nbsp;• Preparation of payroll and social contribution payments/ compliance.&nbsp;• Preparation of tax returns (income tax, defense tax).&nbsp;• Providing financial information and other reports to the clients.&nbsp;• Reporting results of work performed to Director/ Manager.&nbsp;• Reconciliation of banks, receivables and payables.&nbsp;• Issuing and settlement of invoices.&nbsp;• Communication with auditors and clients on issues related to audit.&nbsp;• Handling correspondence with clients on issues related to accounting and administration.&nbsp;• Supporting administrative department on various issues.&nbsp;&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;• BS degree in Finance, Accounting or any other relevant qualification• Experience as an Accountant in an Accounting/ Audit firm will be considered as an advantage.&nbsp;• Experience in VAT returns will be considered as an advantage.&nbsp;• Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and MS Outlook is a must.&nbsp;• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek.&nbsp;Looking for someone who has:&nbsp;• Strong interpersonal and time management skills&nbsp;• Attention to detail&nbsp;&nbsp;If you feel you are the right person for this job opportunity, send us your CV to careers@hruspartners.com
