If you’re ready to be part of an exciting journey with an upcoming real estate leader, we’d love to have you on board!&nbsp;Position Summary:As an Architect at Square One, you'll be instrumental in the architectural design lifecycle, supporting projects from concept creation through to final implementation. Collaborating closely with various internal departments and external stakeholders, your responsibilities will include feasibility studies, detailed design documentation, site coordination, and ensuring project adherence to established timelines and quality standards.&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in feasibility studies and development of concept designs for new projects.</li><li>Prepare planning and building permit submissions.</li><li>Develop comprehensive sets of construction drawings.</li><li>Coordinate architectural design processes with mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering teams.</li><li>Produce detailed construction design documentation.</li><li>Conduct site coordination and inspections, collaborating closely with contractors and subcontractors.</li><li>Liaise with clients regarding project updates, design changes, and clarifications, alongside our interior design and project management departments.</li><li>Provide on-site design detailing and clarifications as necessary.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3-4 years relevant professional experience in architectural roles.</li><li>Experience within a property development company is advantageous (preferably both on-site and off-site).</li><li>Proficient in design software including AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Strong communication skills, creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and solid project management capabilities.</li><li>Exceptional design and visualization abilities with a robust aesthetic sensibility.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of Cyprus planning and building codes, construction materials, and methods.</li><li>A strong professional portfolio demonstrating previous projects and achievements.</li></ul>We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive compensation package including performance-based bonuses</li><li>Career growth opportunities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment</li><li>The chance to contribute to innovative, high-profile development projects from concept through completion.</li></ul> Please click <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://apply.workable.com/squareone/j/C66D29BDC4/">here</a> to apply through our careers portal.
