You will collaborate closely with our architects, developers, and external partners to create thoughtful, stylish, and functional interiors that align with our brand and project vision.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with architects, developers, and clients on space planning and design direction</li><li>Develop design concepts, mood boards, and visual presentations</li><li>Research and specify materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures</li><li>Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution</li><li>Estimate project costs and manage budgets</li><li>Conduct site visits, oversee installation, and guide the execution of design intent</li><li>Maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field</li><li>2–3 years of experience in a similar role (entry-level candidates with strong portfolios will be considered)</li><li>Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or any other 3D design software</li><li>Strong creative thinking and visualization skills</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management</li><li>Knowledge of interior design principles, materials and construction methods.</li><li>Strong portfolio of previous interior design work—experience in real estate projects is a plus</li><li>Fluency in English and Greek</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses</li><li>Opportunity to work in a young, fast-paced, and growing company</li><li>Exposure to exciting and diverse real estate projects</li><li>A supportive and collaborative team environment</li><li>Continuous professional development and growth opportunities</li></ul>Please click <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://apply.workable.com/squareone/j/E16FE0284D/">here</a> to apply through our careers portal. &nbsp;
