Main Responsibilities: •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage and oversee the assigned section in the kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of dishes. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Train and supervise junior kitchen team members. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Upholding strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation practices to ensure food safety and a clean work&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; environment. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Adhering to HACCP and food safety regulations to always ensure compliance. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate closely with the chef to understand the menu requirements and ensure timely meat&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; preparations. Job Requirements: •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably in a 4* or 5* hotel&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Familiarity with food safety regulations and hygiene practices. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of HACCP system and sanitation procedures. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Very good command of Greek or English language. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
