Role Overview &nbsp;We're seeking a&nbsp;Social Media&nbsp;Manager to join our team in&nbsp;Cyprus or Dubai.&nbsp;Are you an organized, creative, and market-savvy social media expert with an eye for trends and performance? Do you know how to turn a brand into a story online? Then we want you on our team!&nbsp;You Will:<ul><li>Manage and oversee all official social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube) across multiple regions.</li><li>Coordinate the creation of content in line with brand tone and strategic goals.</li><li>Boost posts and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms under direction and with performance goals in mind.</li><li>Use data insights to adjust content strategy and optimize for higher engagement and lead generation.</li><li>Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes and industry trends</li><li>Be detail-oriented and deadline-driven, ensuring timely delivery of all campaigns and reporting requirements.</li><li>Monitor competitor activity to identify new opportunities and best practices.&nbsp;</li><li>Support campaign planning and content calendars, aligned with product launches, promotions, and key events.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure all content is compliant with platform policies and regional regulations (e.g., Google/Meta ad compliance for financial services).&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with designers, content writers, and media buyers to execute campaigns with a consistent visual and messaging identity.&nbsp;</li><li>Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, CPM/CPA, and ROI across all channels.&nbsp;</li><li>Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions in a timely and professional manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently using social media management tools (e.g. AgoraPulse, Hootsuite, Buffer).&nbsp;</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2+ years of experience in social media marketing (preferably within financial services or trading)</li><li>BSc or MSc in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field</li><li>Proficiency in scheduling tools like Agorapulse, Hootsuite, or similar platforms</li><li>Strong understanding of platform-specific algorithms, content formats, and best practices</li><li>Experience with social media ad platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)</li><li>Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)</li><li>Excellent English communication skills (written &amp; verbal)</li><li>Highly organized with strong time management and a keen eye for detail</li><li>A proactive, creative thinker with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively</li><li>A vision for branding and storytelling in digital spaces</li><li>You are based in Cyprus OR Dubai and can work onsite &nbsp;</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive and attractive compensation</li><li>Extensive learning opportunities, such as professional training and certifications</li><li>Generous time off, including 23 days of annual leave and paid sick leave</li><li>Monthly health &amp; Wellbeing allowance</li><li>Company-sponsored Friday lunch</li><li>Regular team building activates and community gatherings</li></ul>About us&nbsp;TradeQuo&nbsp;is forward-thinking fintech company specializing in innovative trading solutions and financial products.
