Associate LawyerAreti Charidemou &amp; Associates LLC, a well-established law firm headquartered in Limassol for over 30 years, is seeking a Lawyer to join our Property Department. In this role, you will handle a variety of legal matters related to property law, providing expert advice and managing day-to-day legal procedures within the Property Department.Responsibilities and Duties·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Handle a portfolio of clients, participate in meetings with them and provide effective and practical solutions or answers·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage ongoing communication with clients, local and governmental authorities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Handle and monitor related transactions·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Draft and reviewing legal work and any other related document·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Advise and deal with the Department’s procedures and services·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide effective property related legal services and participate to improve policies and procedures·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure compliance with AML and GDPR legislationMinimum Qualifications·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; University Degree&nbsp;in Law·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; At least three years of legal experience, preferably in property law.
