Livadhiotis City Hotel is seeking to employ a Full-Time Hotel Receptionist.
Job Description & Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to
Check In and Check-Out customers
Making and Handling Reservations
Customer Service
Extensive usage of computer including THEOVA and OUTLOOK.
Keeping the hotel lobby and reception area tidy at all times as required
5 days per week with 2 days off during the week.
Morning shifts are from 7:00-15:00 and afternoon shifts are from 15:00 to 23:00.
Requirements
Must be of a happy personality.
Be able to maintain excellent time-keeping and attendance .
Exceptional knowledge of English & Greek Language
Excellent use of Microsoft office outlook for email correspondence
Knowledge of Theova software will be considered a plus.
Must be able to work all year around as the Hotel is open 365 days a year.
