Livadhiotis City Hotel is seeking to employ a Full-Time Hotel Receptionist.

Job Description & Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to

• Check In and Check-Out customers
• Making and Handling Reservations
• Customer Service
• Extensive usage of computer including THEOVA and OUTLOOK.
• Keeping the hotel lobby and reception area tidy at all times as required
• 5 days per week with 2 days off during the week.
• Morning shifts are from 7:00-15:00 and afternoon shifts are from 15:00 to 23:00.  

 Requirements

• Must be of a happy personality.
• Be able to maintain excellent time-keeping and attendance .
• Exceptional knowledge of English & Greek Language
• Excellent use of Microsoft office outlook for email correspondence
• Knowledge of Theova software will be considered a plus.
• Must be able to work all year around as the Hotel is open 365 days a year.
