The HR Generalist is responsible for executed efficiently and effectively on HR programs and plans. Provides assistance and support to employees across a range of processes.&nbsp;What you will do: &nbsp;<ul><li>Handle escalated queries from tier 1 and 2, using Servicenow</li><li>CoE (Talent, Reward, etc) annual programs delivery</li><li>Delivery of annual CoE cycles as required e.g. merit/bonus, talent (career conversations, 9 box talent calibration, goal setting &amp; goal achievement, employee surveys)</li><li>Support and coach the people leaders in Cyprus &amp; Greece in all the phases of the employee life-cycle: recruitment, onboarding, end of probation reviews, contract management (promotions, compensation, out of cycle merit increases), performance management, talent management, employee relations assistance,&nbsp; offboarding</li><li>Leaving the business execution</li><li>People manager training in processes and/or soft skills either directly, or via train the trainer sessions; translation and/or localization of communication materials and their distribution;</li><li>Change management support in Cyprus &amp; Greece to drive a high performing culture</li><li>M&amp;A execution, if required as part of a regional M&amp;A Ninja team</li><li>Align and manage regional and local recognition strategies to global recognition programs&nbsp;</li><li>Voice of customer for the CoEs (Talent, Reward, etc.)<ul><li>feedback (via Global Portfolio Group)</li><li>feedback from people managers and employees on CoE programs and plans</li></ul></li><li>Provides reports at the request of HRBPs and senior business leaders, including analysis and insight</li><li>Coach tier 1 3rd party vendor teams on enhancing customer experience across all HR processes</li></ul>Required qualifications/experience<ul><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>5+ years progressive experience in HR required with demonstrated required HR functional knowledge &amp; expertise</li><li>Strong knowledge of the local employment law and legislation in Cyprus (Greece will be a plus)</li><li>2+ years working in a regional shared services organization is a plus</li><li>Proficiency in English</li><li>G-suite, Workday and Servicenow experience are an advantage</li></ul>What you will bring to the role:<ul><li>Demonstrated experience of, and focus on, proactively managing customer relationships</li><li>A track record of identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement - keeping it simple</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders in a complex, multi-supplier and matrixed environment</li><li>Exceptional conflict resolution skills</li><li>Effective communication skills</li><li>Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced situations that require sound decision making</li><li>High degree of comfort with change, with the ability to easily shift priorities to meet business needs</li><li>Strong analysis and problem solving skills, able to carry out root cause analysis</li><li>Curious; proactively ask questions about wider context in order to understand where to provide most business value; taking our customers to where they ought to be, not where they want to be</li><li>Being courageous when we need to push back and say No, and offer a different perspective</li><li>Growth mindset</li><li>Continuous learning mindset</li><li>Coaching skills</li></ul>To be considered for this role you will currently be an HR Generalist/ Advisor/ Manager with strong all round experience of the HR areas listed above. &nbsp;What opportunities the role will bring to you:<ul><li>to be an active member of the HR professionals community in EMEA HR Service Delivery</li><li>exposure to cluster, regional and global programs and projects</li><li>to develop and grow both professionally and personally</li><li>have a positive impact in the the Matterhorn journey IM is going through</li></ul>
