The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the recruitment process, employee onboarding, and supporting various HR functions. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the full recruitment process including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions.</li><li>Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the company.</li><li>Maintain and update personnel records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive employee information.</li><li>Coordinate and organize employee training sessions and development programs.</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.</li><li>Handle employee inquiries related to HR issues, payroll, benefits, and leave of absence.</li><li>Contribute to employee engagement efforts and assist with the planning of company events and initiatives.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>1-3 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS platforms.</li><li>Fluency in English and Greek, both written and verbal, is required.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Medical insurance coverage</li><li>Training, Learning &amp; Development Opportunities</li><li>Subsidised lunch</li><li>In-house gym facilities</li></ul>
