This role is ideal for someone passionate about organizational development, HR strategy, and delivering impactful training and advisory solutions to a wide range of clients. This is a key role in designing, delivering, and growing our advisory and training offering and expand our presence and impact in the Cyprus market. &nbsp;HR Advisory Consultant - Ref. (5941/HRAC/ESS/CY) Location: Cyprus Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and deliver client-facing HR advisory projects (e.g. HR transformation, performance management, talent development, employee engagement).</li><li>Design and facilitate tailored corporate training programs.</li><li>Collaborate on business development efforts for HR consulting services.</li><li>Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer effective, practical HR solutions.</li><li>Stay up to date with emerging HR trends and bring innovative ideas to the table.</li><li>Act as a strategic partner in growing the business locally.</li></ul>What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>4+ years of experience in HR consulting, advisory, or corporate HR with a focus on strategy and/or learning &amp; development.</li><li>Strong understanding of organizational design, talent management, and leadership development.</li><li>Experience designing and delivering training workshops.</li><li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to contribute to a growing team.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English.</li></ul>Why Join Us?
