We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time (8 hours) Partners Operations Intern in Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work®. 

If you're a recent graduate eager to explore the world of business partnerships and operations, this is your chance to gain real experience, build valuable skills, and see how your work supports business growth. As an Intern, you’ll join our team of Partners & Business Development to learn about the industry, understand how we work with partners, and get hands-on experience assisting with onboarding, communication, and partner activity tracking from week one, as well as get the opportunity to stay on full-time!

Responsibilities:

 

• Help explain our platforms, trading products, and how to open accounts or make deposits and withdrawals to our partners
• Work with the team to support daily tasks and reach team goals
• Assist in welcoming and setting up new partners (documentation, compliance etc.)
• Help monitor partner activity and keep track of their performance

 

Candidate profile:

 

• A recent graduate from a reputable university in Cyprus (Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields)
• Excellent command of the English language  – both written and spoken
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital tools
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• A genuine interest in partnerships and business development
