WE ARE HIRING – CONCIERGE

Luxury Residential Development | Limassol

We are seeking a professional, well-organized and service-oriented Concierge to oversee the daily operations of a prestigious luxury residential development in Limassol.

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily needs and smooth operation of the residential development.
• Ensure all common areas and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
• Welcome and communicate professionally with residents, tenants and visitors.
• Assist tenants with daily requests, concerns and maintenance-related issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, cleaning staff and management to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections of communal areas and report any issues requiring attention.
• Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure a high level of resident satisfaction.

Requirements

• Very good command of English (written and spoken) – essential.
• Russian language skills will be considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience in concierge services, hospitality or property management is an advantage.
