Check out the details below and see if this is the right fit for you. &nbsp;Purpose of the Role:&nbsp;The purpose of this role is to empower data-driven decision-making across the organization by developing and maintaining insightful, reliable, and user-friendly dashboards and reports using Power BI. The role serves as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights and fostering a culture of data literacy. By championing data governance, collaborating on data quality initiatives, and supporting strategic business objectives through analytical solutions, this position plays a key role in optimizing performance, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. &nbsp;Main Activities and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring consistency, performance, and usability</li><li>Transform complex datasets into intuitive and visually engaging insights that support business decisions</li><li>Work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs)</li><li>Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and provide actionable recommendations</li><li>Champion data literacy and promote a data-driven mindset through training sessions and workshops for business users</li><li>Lead the initiative to create and maintain a business data catalogue, ensuring consistent definitions and metrics.</li><li>Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data availability, quality, and performance</li><li>Translate business needs into analytical solutions that have measurable impact</li><li>Support data governance practices, ensuring compliance and data integrity across reports</li><li>Any other Duties relevant to the role &nbsp;</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Analytics</li><li>5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst</li><li>Proven expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard design</li><li>Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices for storytelling with data</li><li>Working knowledge of SQL sufficient for querying and manipulating data</li><li>Experience driving self-service analytics adoption through coaching, documentation, and templating</li><li>Demonstrated success in implementing a data culture, including leading training sessions for non-technical users</li><li>Experience in Forex industry is a strong plus</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts in a simple, engaging manner</li><li>Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills&nbsp;</li></ul>Further Info:<ul><li>Working hours are 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday / 08:30 – 17:00 Sunday to Thursday&nbsp;</li><li>Flexitime</li><li>A competitive compensation package which includes great benefits</li><li>Monthly social activities</li><li>The role can be in Cyprus or in Amman</li></ul>If you are interested, please apply here: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://ingotbrokers.bamboohr.com/careers/268?source=aWQ9MjI%3D">https://ingotbrokers.bamboohr.com/careers/268?source=aWQ9MjI%3D</a>&nbsp;
