Domo Properties is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and hands-on Marketing Specialist to drive our marketing efforts across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies, eager to roll up their sleeves and make a tangible impact.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:1. Event Management &amp; Coordination:<ul><li>Plan, organize, and execute a variety of marketing events, including property launches, open houses, exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.</li><li>Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, promotional material creation, and on-site management.</li><li>Develop engaging event themes and activities that resonate with our target audience.</li><li>Track event success metrics and provide post-event analysis and recommendations.</li></ul>2. Digital Marketing &amp; Online Presence:<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive website traffic.</li><li>Manage and optimize Domo Properties' website (e.g., content updates, SEO best practices, user experience improvements).</li><li>Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok), including visually appealing graphics, videos, and compelling copy.</li><li>Manage and execute paid digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads), including budget allocation, targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis.</li><li>Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletter creation, segmentation, and performance tracking.</li><li>Monitor online reviews and reputation management, engaging with feedback proactively.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.</li></ul>3. Branding &amp; Content Creation:<ul><li>Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.</li><li>Develop compelling and on-brand marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, property descriptions, and advertisements.</li><li>Oversee the creation of high-quality visual content, including professional photography and videography of properties and events.</li><li>Write engaging and informative copy for website, social media, press releases, and other marketing materials.</li><li>Collaborate with external agencies (e.g., graphic designers, photographers) when necessary, managing project timelines and deliverables.</li></ul>4.
