The Role: FINCAP Advisers is seeking to recruit a Secretary to the Managing Partner to join our team in Nicosia. This is a dynamic and highly trusted role, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on both strategic and operational matters.&nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities:· Manage and maintain the Managing Partner’s calendar; schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring optimal time management.·&nbsp;&nbsp; Act as gatekeeper and first point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.·&nbsp;&nbsp; Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting documents.·&nbsp;&nbsp; Track and follow up on deliverables, deadlines, and key initiatives involving the Managing Partner.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and coordinate post-meeting actions.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Organise board meetings, partner events, client functions, and other events.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support the Managing Partner on confidential and strategic initiatives including business development, firm strategy, and internal communications.·&nbsp;&nbsp;Support and liaise on behalf of the Managing Partner with various collaborators and suppliers/providers involving inter alia group and personal business&nbsp;Qualifications and Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or degree in Office Administration or related field.</li><li>Up to 2 years of experience in a related role.</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Word, Excel, Power-point) is a must.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English is a must.</li><li>Positive attitude with a “can-do” perspective.</li><li>Highly committed personality and willing to learn and evolve in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Organised, focused and diligent, in executing the tasks assigned by the Team Leaders and Managers.</li><li>Professionalism, work ethic, self-motivated and a team player.</li></ul>Benefits:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Attractive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience, including 13th salary.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; “Dress for Your Day” scheme.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Flexible working hours.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Afternoon off on Fridays.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Medical insurance.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provident fund.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Employee referral scheme.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent opportunities for career development and advancement.&nbsp;To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV to <a href="mailto:hr@fincap.com">hr@fincap.com</a>&nbsp;All applicants will be treated with strict confidentiality.
