Duties<ul><li>In liaison with the Operations Managers, Asset Plans &amp; Compliance Manager, OPC Contractor SME and Site Managers manage, monitor, and continuously develop the ESTS/technical assurance strategy for the contract.</li><li>Develop and manage appropriate policies / processes and documentation necessary to support all PPM delivery requirements, including creating, issuing, and providing guidance on the OPC contract / process related documentation &amp; templates to colleagues to ensure compliance with SFG20/MIRS and other MoD policies i.e. SOP 19.</li><li>Work with the UK support Team and OPC Contractor Supply Chain to ensure PPM programming is aligned with the SFG20 and MIRS requirements, addressing any gaps in PPM from audits and other inspections.</li><li>Responsible for asset and PPM identification arising from third party projects i.e. MPP and with the UK support team ensure the appropriate PPM Job Plans are created and relayed to the OPC Contractor Supply Chain.</li><li>Capable of acting as a primary point of contact / subject matter expert for technical assurance with key stakeholders, within both Mitie, OPC Contractor Supply Chain, DIO &amp; third party stakeholders, and manage these relationships accordingly.</li><li>Ensure that appropriate controls and monitoring is in place to ensure statutory compliance is being achieved.</li><li>Implement and maintain system-based tools and reports to measure technical assurance and work with individual team members, to mitigate risks and deliver improvements.</li><li>Communicate with the OPC Contractor Supply Chain to drive a robust and interactive, technical assurance culture, across all contract PPM delivery.</li><li>Analyse change to ensure that technical assurance requirements adapt to operational, business, legal and MoD led changes.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of all applicable legislation and industry standards and notify management of implications, trends, and best practice.</li><li>Identify and track any technical assurance related business risks along with appropriate mitigating actions.</li><li>Liaise with both internal and external audit teams / bodies to facilitate audits of ESTS activities and CETA compliance.</li><li>Provide technical support to the Operation Managers, in particular Mast &amp; Towers.</li><li>Ensure monthly TBT are delivered to the Technical Compliance Technicians.</li><li>Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all senior managers and their respective teams.</li><li>Attend the various Technical Services workshops to communicate our collective view and to cascade the information gained from them.</li><li>Demonstrate continual improvement (in technical assurance) across the business by holding regular workshops with the OPC Contractor Supply Chain M&amp;E Managers identifying changes to processes and MAXIMO as they arise.</li><li>Implement and maintain internal audit and inspection regimes with CSP, nurture an ‘audit ready' culture across the PPM delivery.</li><li>Able to provide others with clear information and set appropriate standards of behaviour.</li><li>Communication skills for formal and informal reporting requirements.</li><li>Engage with DIO to support implementation of ESTS, SFG20 &amp; MIRS improvements..</li></ul>Provide support as necessary in the implementation of a positive safe working culture compatible with contract delivery.
