<ul><li>Must be a highly motivated, proactive, self-disciplined, innovative, loyal and trustworthy individual with extensive experience in a similar role and customer liaison and who has an ability to quickly integrate into a fast-paced environment and rapidly develop highly effective and collaborative relations.</li><li>Must have a meticulous attention to detail and be capable of motivating others to adhere to due process and procedures, whilst personally being focused on achieving local and corporate goals.</li><li>Must be diplomatic and personable and have an ability to communicate effectively at all levels using all available channels and be able to work as part of a team.</li><li>Good standard of written English</li><li>Good standard of written and spoken Greek language (desirable).</li><li>Good verbal communication skills at all levels</li><li>Ability to participate and manage meetings.</li><li>Must be able to work unsupervised and on own initiative and have a flexible approach to work patterns and travelling around sites where required.</li><li>Ability to work as part of a team.</li><li>IT Literate, particularly in Microsoft Office programmes, especially Excel.</li><li>Able to deliver training on a range of subjects to varying abilities.</li><li>Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.</li><li>Flexible approach to work patterns and working away or travelling where required</li><li>Must be able to drive in Cyprus (Full / valid driving licence) and gain access to all the Sovereign Bases Areas and the UNFICYP sites in Nicosia.</li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>Qualifications required (or prepared to attain)</li><li>NEBOSH Certificate / equivalent or above (ideally NEBOSH Diploma)</li><li>Environmental Management (ie. IEMA)</li><li>Quality Management qualifications (ie. Lead Auditor)</li><li>Train the Trainer qualification</li><li>Accident Investigation training</li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>Experience required</li><li>Experience of Integrated Facilities Management sector, in particular Projects and Hard FM (desirable)</li><li>Experience of multi-site, multi-discipline organisations.</li><li>Detailed knowledge of risk assessment and management for both Health &amp; Safety and Environmental.</li></ul>
