IT Business Manager Our client, a well-established company in FMCG industry is looking to employ a high caliber employee who will lead its IT department. Objective We are seeking a highly skilled and self-reliant IT Business Manager&nbsp;to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, with a primary focus on maintaining and optimizing the SAP ERP system and its integrations. This is a standalone role, ideal for a hands-on professional who can work independently, troubleshoot effectively, and support the organization’s digital ecosystem without the support of a wider IT team. Position's Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Server Management:&nbsp;Install, configure, update, and maintain on-premise or cloud-based servers ensuring performance, reliability, and security.</li><li>SAP ERP Support:&nbsp;Monitor and maintain the company’s SAP ERP system to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and successful integration with other platforms such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and third-party business tools.</li><li>System Integration:&nbsp;Ensure the smooth integration and operation of third-party systems with SAP and other internal tools.</li><li>User Access &amp; Security:&nbsp;Administer and enforce user access control, permissions, and IT security policies across all systems.</li><li>Troubleshooting:&nbsp;Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues in a timely and efficient manner.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Dashboards:&nbsp;Generate and customize reports and dashboards from SAP to support business decision-making and management insight.</li><li>End-User Support &amp; Training:&nbsp;Provide day-to-day technical support and training to employees across departments to ensure effective use of systems and tools.</li></ul>Position's Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.</li><li>Proven 5-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or ERP (preferably SAP) support.</li><li>Familiarity with third-party system integration and WMS solutions is a strong advantage.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-driven mindset.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages.&nbsp;</li></ul> Employer’s Details Benefits<ul><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Car</li></ul>Salary:&nbsp;up to €45,000 gross Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 17:30&nbsp;If you are interested, please submit your CV using the provided link: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17520424226740069663ekU">https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17520424226740069663ekU</a>
