We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and other related services.&nbsp;Currently,&nbsp;bbf:&nbsp;is expanding the internal team, and we are looking&nbsp;for a&nbsp;Land Surveyor to join our team in Limassol.&nbsp;Main tasks and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries and gather topographical data.</li><li>Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and legal descriptions for land acquisition and development projects.</li><li>Prepare and submit applications for land division planning and Building permit.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform or manage the submission of Horizontal Division applications to the lands Registry and follow up with all necessary steps until the separate title deeds of the properties are issued.</li><li>Manage the submission of survey data and related documentation, running the submissions efficiently.</li><li>Maintain and update survey records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and&nbsp;new requirements.</li><li>Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices during fieldwork and data collection.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field.</li><li>2-3 years&nbsp;of proven experience in land acquisition and development projects.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Effective communication and teamwork abilities.</li><li>Attention to detail.</li><li>Familiarity with local land laws&nbsp;and regulations is key.</li></ul>We offer:<ul><li>Competitive compensation package.</li><li>Young, dynamic, and friendly working environment.</li><li>Career perspectives within a fast growing company.</li></ul>All interested Candidates are kindly invited to submit their applications <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://bbf.bamboohr.com/careers/245?source=aWQ9MTU%3D">HERE</a>.
