🌟 We’re Hiring: Host/Hostess 🌟 📍 Location: Ayia Napa&nbsp;Hotel Napa Suites &amp; our new AYA Resort are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about hospitality and love creating memorable guest experiences, we’d love to meet you!&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Warmly welcome and seat guests, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive</li><li>Manage reservations &amp; walk-in guests using our reservation system</li><li>Monitor the dining area to ensure smooth seating flow and guest satisfaction</li><li>Handle incoming calls, reservation requests, and provide information on menus, promotions, and events</li><li>Maintain a clean and inviting reception area</li><li>Coordinate special seating for large parties or guests with specific needs</li><li>Communicate effectively with service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest experiences</li><li>Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally, ensuring swift resolution</li><li>Support the team by helping reset tables and prepare the venue during busy hours</li><li>Uphold our high standards of service and hospitality at all times</li></ul>What We’re Looking For: ✔ Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within restaurants or hospitality ✔ Excellent communication &amp; interpersonal skills ✔ Well-groomed, professional appearance with a friendly personality ✔ Ability to multitask &amp; remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment ✔ Basic computer/reservation system skills ✔ Good level of English (other languages a plus) ✔ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays&nbsp;✨ Why Join Us?
