Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>University degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.</li><li>Basic understanding of data reconciliation and reporting.</li><li>Accounting knowledge will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn internal systems, including ERP/accounting software and mobile/web applications.</li><li>Good communication skills in both Greek and English.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate with our third-party loyalty card service provider to ensure proper functioning of the loyalty app and related systems.</li><li>Monitor, verify, and validate loyalty card data and results.</li><li>Reconcile loyalty data with accounting data and onward billing.</li><li>Troubleshoot and report system issues or discrepancies.</li><li>Support our Customer Services Team in managing relationships with customers.</li><li>Assist in the credit control process.</li><li>Handle administrative tasks and assist in resolving customer inquiries.</li></ul>Preferred but Not Required:<ul><li>Familiarity with loyalty program platforms, CRM systems, or ERP software.</li><li>Experience in a customer support or data coordination role (internships or academic projects also considered).</li></ul>Remuneration PackageAn attractive salary package is offered that includes a 13th salary, a provident fund and healthcare.&nbsp;ApplicationsInterested parties should send a full CV to: <a href="mailto:careers@energywise.com.cy">careers@energywise.com.cy</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;
