We are growing and looking to recruit a&nbsp;Full-Time Systems &amp; DevOps Engineer&nbsp;to join our distributed IT team - a certified Great Place to Work®.&nbsp;This is a hands-on role involving infrastructure automation, system monitoring, CI/CD pipeline management, and collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams. You will play a key role in maintaining and evolving our DevOps infrastructure to ensure high performance, security, scalability, and continuous delivery of our fintech solutions.&nbsp;Reporting to:&nbsp;CTO&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure solutions</li><li>Monitor and optimize systems performance and availability across multiple environments</li><li>Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using modern CI/CD tools</li><li>Collaborate with software engineers to streamline development workflows and deployment pipelines</li><li>Ensure security best practices, backups, and disaster recovery strategies are in place and tested</li><li>Maintain documentation and operational runbooks for infrastructure, processes, and system changes</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues quickly and effectively</li><li>Manage user access, system updates, and software version upgrades</li><li>Generate reports on infrastructure performance and incidents</li></ul>&nbsp;Candidate Profile:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in a DevOps, System Administrator, or Infrastructure Engineer role</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>Strong experience with Linux (especially Ubuntu) and Windows server administration</li><li>Experience with virtualization tools (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox)</li><li>Familiarity with AWS, Alibaba Cloud, and Hetzner</li><li>Proficient in Bash and Python scripting; basic PowerShell knowledge</li><li>Strong understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls)</li><li>Experience with Docker, Podman, LXC containers</li><li>Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines)</li><li>Basic understanding of Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, monitoring)</li><li>Solid knowledge of identity management and tools like Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365</li></ul>&nbsp;Nice to Have:<ul><li>Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)</li><li>Experience with Keycloak, Vault, Make, RabbitMQ</li><li>Experience with backup and monitoring tools (Veeam, Manage Engine, Crowdstrike)</li><li>Familiarity with PHP/Laravel environments</li><li>AWS System Manager knowledge</li></ul>&nbsp;Soft Skills:<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>&nbsp;Our Offer:<ul><li>A multicultural and collaborative remote-friendly team with a strong engineering culture</li><li>Opportunity to work on high-impact infrastructure in a global fintech company</li><li>Continuous learning opportunities, certifications, and skill development support</li><li>Competitive salary, regular reviews, and performance bonuses</li><li>Flexible working hours and remote/hybrid arrangements</li><li>Wellness and mental health support initiatives</li><li>Medical insurance and other corporate benefits</li></ul>&nbsp;Journey to FP Markets:<ul><li>Interview with People Function member (30–45 min) to assess cultural fit</li><li>Short technical test (up to 30 min)</li><li>Technical interview (up to 2 hours) – deep dive into experience, infrastructure design, troubleshooting</li><li>Final interview with CTO (30-45 min)</li></ul>&nbsp;Join us&nbsp;and help build resilient and scalable infrastructure powering global trading solutions!<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://apply.workable.com/fpmarkets/j/6DF83B99C7/">APPLY HERE</a>
